Using OPOCAMS means accepting the terms below. They are not negotiable, and if any of them does not suit you, the remedy is to stop using the site.

Who may use the site

Adults only: 18 or over, or the local age of majority if it is higher, and legally free to view adult material where you are. The 18+ statement has the detail.

What you are actually using

An index, not a cam site. OPOCAMS gathers and links to live broadcasts that run on independent third-party platforms. We do not produce, host, store, record or control any of it. The streams, images, profiles and every interaction inside a room belong to the platform they come from, and that platform answers for them.

Accuracy is not promised

Listings, thumbnails and statistics are derived from third-party sources and can be stale, wrong or gone by the time you click. We warrant nothing about the availability, accuracy, legality or quality of anything hosted elsewhere. Whatever happens between you and a cam platform is between you and that platform, on their terms.

How we get paid

Many of the outbound links are affiliate links: sign up or spend money on the far side and we may receive a commission. It costs you nothing extra and it does not decide what appears on this site or in what order.

What you may not do

Do not scrape, crawl, harvest or bulk-download from this site. Do not flood or otherwise degrade it. Do not go looking for non-public areas. Do not pretend to be someone else, and do not use the site for anything unlawful. Access can be limited or cut off for any of the above.

Ownership and takedowns

The OPOCAMS name and the design of these pages are ours. Everything else belongs to the originating platforms and the people who created it. Copyright complaints, profile removals and cached-image removals all go through takedowns page.

No warranties

The site is supplied "as is" and "as available", with no warranty of any kind — express or implied — including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Uninterrupted, error-free or secure operation is not guaranteed.

Limits on what we owe you

As far as the law allows, neither OPOCAMS nor its operators are liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, nor for anything published on a third-party platform, arising from your use of this site or your inability to use it.

Your side of it

If your misuse of the site or breach of these terms lands us with a claim, you cover it and hold OPOCAMS harmless.
